How to Updated Company Information

Step 1: Click the "Edit" button under the Company Account section

Step 2: Add your company's name, a description of your company, and your company's website.
Step 3: Add your company's contact info under the Company Contact Details section.

Step 4: Click the "Expand all" button and assign products and services categories that best fit your company.

Step 5: Click the "Save" button at the bottom of the page.

How to Register Your Staff for Badges

Step 1: Click on the “Register Your Staff” section under Services.

Step 2: Click on the “Registration Tools” button.

Step 3: Click on the “Add Booth Staff” button.

Step 4: Click the “Address On File” button. Your company’s address should be listed below.
Step 5: Input your staff’s first name, last name, title and email address.
Step 6: Click the “Select One” drop down menu and select a type of registrant.

Step 7: Scroll down to the bottom of the page.
Step 8: Click the “Finish” button.

Step 11: Click the registrants information to add them as a Key Contact to the group.

How to Add Products

Step 1: Click on the “Products” section in the Exhibitor Dashboard.

Step 3: Add the name of your product and a description.

Step 4: Click the "Select File" button in the Image section and add an image. (Optional)
Step 5: Click the "Save" button.

How to Add Videos

Step 1: Click on the "Company Videos" section in the Exhibitor Dashboard.

Step 2: Click on the "Add Video" button.
Step 3: Add the name of your video.
Step 4: Click the "Browse" button in the Video File section and add a video.
Step 5: Click the "Browse" button in the Video Thumbnail section and add an image. (Optional)
Step 6: Add a description of the video.
Step 7: Click the "Save" button.

How to Add Videos from YouTube

Step 1: Click on the "Company Videos" category in the Exhibitor Dashboard.
Step 2: Click on the "Add YouTube Video" button.
Step 3: Add the name of your video.
Step 4: Copy the URL in the YouTube Url section and your video will be added.
Step 5: Click the "Browse" button under the Video Thumbnail and add an image. (Optional)
Step 6: Add a description of the video.
Step 7: Click the "Save" button.

How to Add Press Releases

Step 1: Click on the "Press Releases" section in the Exhibitor Dashboard.

Step 6: Click the "Press Release Category" drop down menu and select a category for your press release.
Step 7: Click the "Save" button.

How to Add Show Specials

Step 1: Click on the "Show Specials" section in the Exhibitor Dashboard.

Step 4: Click the "Select File" button under the Image section and add an image. (Optional)
Step 5: Click the "Show Special Category" drop down menu and select a category for your show special.
