Each Badge must be used by the same person (the “Attendee”) for each day of the Event. The Event’s operating hours, schedules, guests and speakers are subject to change or cancellation without notice. Each Badge is a revocable license to attend the Event. All panels, autographing, photo ops, special events, show features and performances are subject to availability and access is not guaranteed and/or may require an additional fee. ReedPOP is not responsible for lost or stolen Badges. The Attendee acknowledges there are hazards and risks of physical injury or illness to Attendees of the Event and that not all such hazards or risks can be fully eliminated. By accepting this Badge and attending the Event, the Attendee freely and voluntarily agrees to assume the full risk of bodily injury or property damage, regardless of severity, or death that Attendee may sustain as a result of attending the Event, whether or not caused by the negligence or gross negligence of ReedPOP.

BEWARE of the Fair Guide
Reed Exhibitions and BookExpo do NOT support the Fair Guide—it is NOT affiliated with Reed Exhibitions or BookExpo. Please be aware that you may receive solicitations for the Fair Guide from Construct Data, its publisher, which use the name of BookExpo —do not be fooled. Construct Data currently operates out of Slovakia (it has previously operated out of Austria and Germany).

BEWARE of the Expo-Guide
Reed Exhibitions and BookExpo also do NOT support the Expo-Guide—it is NOT affiliated with Reed Exhibitions or BookExpo. Please be aware that you may receive solicitations for the Expo-Guide from Commercial Online Manuals, its publisher, which use the name of BookExpo—again, do not be fooled. The Expo-Guide currently operates out of Mexico.

And please remember—the only directories and guides affiliated with Reed Exhibitions are those published by Reed Exhibitions, including the official show directories. If you have any doubts about a directory/guide solicitation using the BookExpo name (for example, if the solicitation requires payment made to an address in a foreign country), please contact a BookExpo salesperson ASAP.

BEWARE OF TRAVEL SCAMS

Don't be fooled by offers from other parties using the BookExpo name—they are NOT affiliated with Reed Exhibitions or BookExpo. At the very least, prior to booking with a party other than Connections Housing, please check the prospective vendor's rating at www.bbb.org. Remember, if the offer seems too good to be true, it probably is.
