BEA’s Autographing Area provides the perfect venue to showcase your author’s latest work and will provide the best opportunity to ensure that very special “one-to-one” marketing relationship—your author fact-to-face with booksellers!  Whether a first-time published new author or a best-seller, BEA Autographing Area will put your author in the spotlight at BEA! In past years, many publishers have credited their participation in autographing as integral to the success of a new release.

BEA has two distinct autographing opportunities, choose the one that best meets your needs...or choose both!

• Autographing Area
  The Autographing Area, located in the lower exhibit hall, will be open Wednesday, May 26 and Thursday, May 27 and provides everything a publisher needs for a successful signing experience. There is always a crowd and always excitement in the air in the BEA Autographing Area. 
  
  Author participation in the Autographing Area is limited.  Please submit your author signing requests early for the best chance of being included in this very special program.

• In Booth Autographing
  In Booth Autographing allows for signings within your exhibit booth.  We do however request that you have sufficient exhibit space and traffic control for your signings.
