BookExpo America 2009 Space Draw Procedures - Four Easy Steps

Step 1 - Download the BookExpo America (BEA) 2009 Application & Licensing Agreement and Pricing Information

Step 2 - Review the 2009 Floor Plan

Step 3 - Call in during your scheduled time to select your 2009 Booth Space Location

If leaving a message, please include your Name, Company Name, Phone Number and the Time of your call

NOTE: Application & Licensing Agreement and 30% deposit is required during space selection.

If Application and Deposit Receipt are not received within thirty minutes after your selection is made, the space selected will be forfeited.

Step 4 - After selecting your BEA 2009 Booth Space Location with a BEA Representative…

Complete the 2009 BEA Application & Licensing Agreement and fax it immediately along with your Deposit Receipt to (203) 840-5805
