Your BEA Express Badge
Once you register to attend BEA you will receive your BEA Express Badge via email. Your BEA Express Badge will expedite your registration and check in, no badges will be mailed in advance (certain exceptions apply to VIPs). This means you will not receive a paper badge in the mail prior to the event but you will receive an email confirmation with a bar code that serves as your BEA Express Badge. This email confirms your registration and must be brought on-site to pick up your badge.
Once You Arrive at the Javits Center
Bring your BEA Express Badge to the Express Registration Counters located in the North Concourse of the Javits Center to pick up your badge and badge holder.
