Power Readers—BEA welcomes back book lovers and avid readers on Saturday, June 1. Look for celebrity authors and dedicated programming to provide consumers with a special "inside" look at the book industry's greatest event.

Publishing HackathonPublishing Hackathon—Perseus, along with Constellation, Librify, William Morris Endeavor, AlleyNYC and BEA, are organizing the first-ever Publishing Hackathon, with developers, designers, entrepreneurs and publishing experts coming together for 36 hours to experiment in an untapped vertical. Finalists will present their projects to leading VCs, top publishing executives, and tech experts at BEA. The winning team gets $10,000 and a breakfast meeting to pitch their idea to Ari Emanuel, Co-CEO of William Morris Endeavor. To find out more, visit www.publishinghackathon.com. The finale will take place on Friday, May 31 at 3:00 pm on the Downtown Stage.
