Registration opens at 7:00 am and is located on the North Concourse.
Exhibit Hall featuring leading publishers, gift suppliers, used books providers, etc. is open 9:00 am - 4:00 pm. Exhibit Hall is located on Level 3.

Your BEA Power Reader Email Confirmation

Once you register online to attend BEA as a Power Reader, you will receive an email confirmation with your barcode. You will not receive a paper badge in the mail prior to the event—you will need to bring your email confirmation (with barcode) with you on-site to pick up your badge on Saturday, June 1, 2013.

Once You Arrive at the Javits Center on Saturday, June 1, 2013

Print out and bring your email confirmation with you on-site to the Power Reader Registration located on the North Concourse. There you will receive your special Power Reader paper badge, plastic badge holder, lanyard, and other helpful tips.

If you're one of the first 1000 Power Readers to arrive at BEA, you will also receive a complimentary gift bag with an assortment of titles from Macmillan Publishers.

BEA Power Reader Lounge

The perfect place to gather and mingle with other avid book lovers, rest your feet, and plan your day. Located in Booth #3055, the Power Reader Lounge is conveniently located adjacent to Autographing Area.

Books will be available for sale in the Power Reader Lounge at the at the Ingram Home Direct Kiosk. You will need to have the book title and author (and if possible the ISBN) to place your order. You’ll receive a form when you check in on-site that you can use to keep track of all your favorites so you have the info you need to place your order!
