Exhibitor Booth Personnel Badge Allotment:
Contracted Companies:
For every 100 sq ft of booth space you have, you receive:
- 5 Booth Personnel badges, 1 of these 5 badges is a Conference Badge and gets you into the BEA Education Program.
- 1 additional Author Badge
Example: 10x20 (200 sq. ft.), you receive:
- 10 Booth Personnel Badges 2 of which are Conference Badges
- 2 Author Badges
Example: 10x30 (300 sq. ft), you receive:
- 15 Booth Personnel Badges 3 of which are Conference Badges
- 3 Author Badges
For booths that are 48 sq ft, you receive:
- 3 Booth Personnel Badges 1 of which is a Conference Badge
- No Author Badges are received
For booth shares, you receive:
- 1 Booth Personnel Badge
- No Conference Badges are received
- No Author Badges are received
NOTE:
- You may order additional badges above your allotment as follows:
- Booth Personnel Badge $65 per badge
- Booth Personnel Badge that includes Conference Badge $75 per badge
- NOTE: These badges are above your allotment and do not count as part of your allotment but are paid for.
