BookExpo America (BEA) 2012 Pre-Draw Space Draw

BookExpo America (BEA) 2012 will be held June 5-7, 2012 at the Javits Center in New York City.

NEW FOR 2012: As explained in the email that we sent out with your personalized selection date and time, the floor plan has a range of price points based on specific positions and configurations. For example, spaces on the main aisle, front of Show and corner locations, are established as having premium value, as opposed to spaces in the central or peripheral aisles.

Your Space Selection Choices:

Exhibitors will have three (3) choices to select space for 2012.

A signed agreement and a 30% deposit are required to secure your space.

Choice #1 - Pre-Show Selection during the week of May 9, 2011 (**RECOMMENDED**)

  • Select during your Advance Space Selection Appointment (please refer to the email that was sent out with your personalized selection date and time) to secure the best possible pricing.
  • Your Advance Space Selection Appointment day and time is based on your priority point total.
  • If you would like to select an alternative booth size or type of location, your sales executive will provide you with pricing and available locations.
  • If you are unable to select space at your scheduled time, please contact your rep immediately to arrange for an alternative appointment time.

Choice #2 – At Show On-site Selection – May 24-26, 2011 (Sales and Marketing booth located in the Crystal Palace – Level 3)

  • Renewal pricing will be available to exhibitors who elect to renew on-site.
  • Space will be available on a first-come, first-served basis and will not be based on priority points.
  • 9am – 5pm (Tuesday-Wednesday), 9am – 3pm (Thursday)

Choice #3 - Post-Show (After May 26, 2011)

  • Space will be subject to availability on a first-come, first-served basis and will not be based on priority points.
  • Renewal pricing for existing customers will be available only until June 27, 2011.
  • Beginning on June 28, 2011, ALL booths will be subject to post-show pricing.
