Top 7 New Exhibitor To Dos
1. Update Your My Show Exhibitor Listing
You can log into your My Show Exhibitor Dashboard to update your company listing that appears in the online and printed show directory as well as BEA Mobile. This is how customers will identify you pre-show, on-site, and post-show. You can also submit your titles to books@bea, submit Show Specials, upload press releases, and connect with leads through your Exhibitor Dashboard.

2. Online Exhibitor Manual - Exhibitor Manual for 2016 is coming soon
To make your participation in BEA 2015 go smoothly, we have prepared an Online Exhibitor Manual with all the information and services available to you at the event. Access the manual for important vendor deadlines and forms so you can stay ahead of the game as you prepare for the show.

Looking for information on how to plan your first exhibit?
The exhibiting process can be complicated, especially the first time. That’s why our parent company, Reed Exhibitions, put together this video series to help you prepare properly, and to help you get the most from your investment. Each video covers a different aspect of the exhibiting experience—from pre-show planning, the at-show experience, and even tips for good follow-up after the event is over. You can select the video that’s right for you, wherever you are in your planning.

4. Tips to Improve Your Return on Investment

5. Exhibitor Badges
Each individual from your company attending BEA is required to have a BEA Exhibitor Badge to access the exhibit floor. Each exhibiting company will receive an allotment of badges based on booth size. View the 2015 badge allotment information. You can register for your exhibitor badges by logging into your Exhibitor Dashboard.
You will receive an email confirmation with a barcode in it once you register for your badges. Please bring this barcode with you to Exhibitor Registration once you get to the Javits to collect your badge.
- Exhibitor Only—Access to the show floor
- Exhibitor Author—Authors Badges Access to show floor
- Exhibitor Conference—Access to the show floor and all BEA Content & Digital Conference Sessions (does NOT include access to IDPF Digital Book Conference, BEA Bloggers Conference)
- Rights Center Tables—1 Table (1 Badge), 2 Tables (4 Badges)—If you need to order additional badges, please register as an attendee when online registration is live.
